From September 30 to October 3, 2026, EZVIZ brought its smart home ecosystem to the Vietnam Interior & Build Expo – VIBE 2026 at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) in Ho Chi Minh City. Now Agency partnered with EZVIZ Vietnam on communications at the event: connecting KOCs and tech reviewers with hands-on product experiences, supporting on-booth interviews, and capturing the full four days in photos. This article looks back at what happened at the booth — and why "let visitors try it themselves" is the most effective way to tell a technology product's story.
VIBE 2026 and the EZVIZ "One Entry. Total Control" booth
VIBE (Vietnam Interior & Build Expo) is a trade exhibition for the interior and construction industries, held this year in Hall A of SECC. Surrounded by materials, furniture and home solutions, EZVIZ chose the message "One Entry. Total Control" and set up its booth at positions AR22B, AP24B, AR17 and AR19.
The booth was organized the way a household actually uses the devices: a Smart Entry zone with smart locks and video doorbells, a Smart Camera zone with indoor and outdoor cameras, and a Smart Sensor zone with a miniature house model showing how the devices work together. According to EZVIZ, the system is tied together by EZVIZ MIRA — an AI platform that combines image, audio and language data so devices can recognize and respond more intelligently.
Rather than simply placing products on shelves, the booth recreated a full home entrance — gate, gate pillar, wooden door, smart lock, video doorbell and camera — so visitors could see each device in its real context of use.
Letting visitors unlock the door themselves
Smart locks are hard to sell with words alone: buyers want to know whether recognition is fast, whether the handle feels solid, and whether operation is complicated. At the booth, each lock model was mounted on its own display stand so visitors could try every unlocking method directly: face recognition, palm vein, fingerprint, passcode and the EZVIZ app. Palm vein recognition in particular unlocks from 15–25 cm away, with no contact needed.
EZVIZ consultants were on site for all four days to give one-on-one guidance — to homeowners looking for a lock for their apartment as well as architects, contractors and dealers interested in solutions for entire projects.
Tech reviewers: verifying the products right at the booth
For technology products, users trust a reviewer's experience more than any advertising message. That is why Now Agency connected tech reviewers with the booth so they could try, ask and film for themselves — instead of working from a prepared script.
The reviewers spent time in every zone: trying each unlocking method in turn, watching camera feeds on screen, and asking the technical team how the devices connect to one another. Content was filmed on the spot, in the real atmosphere of the exhibition.
KOCs: bringing the smart home story to family users
If reviewers answer the question "is the product good?", KOCs answer "is the product right for my home?". The KOCs who joined experienced the booth from a family user's point of view: ringing the video doorbell, unlocking with a palm, checking the camera on a phone — familiar, everyday situations.
On-booth interviews: the brand's own voice
Alongside content from reviewers and KOCs, interviews with EZVIZ representatives were filmed inside the booth itself, with the experience space as the backdrop. This helped the press and viewers understand the brand's direction: smart security is part of the experience of living in a home, alongside materials and interiors.
Mini-games and livestreams: keeping the booth lively for four days
The lucky wheel at the front of the booth became a stopping point for many visitors — and for the reviewers too. In parallel, booth activities were livestreamed on the official EZVIZ Vietnam fanpage on October 1–3, so people who could not make it to SECC could still follow the products.
What Now Agency took away from four days at VIBE 2026
- Experience first, message second: a booth where people can touch, try and ask creates its own content — for visitors and content creators alike.
- Combine reviewers and KOCs rather than choosing one: reviewers bring technical credibility, KOCs bring closeness to family users. The two groups complement each other.
- Film on site and publish while the event is still running: exhibition content is most valuable while viewers still have time to visit.
- Prepare a setting for each type of content: an interview corner, a lock-experience corner, a camera corner — each needs enough light, enough space and a brand element in frame.
